Halloween

November 5, 2014

Our bear and black cat.
Costumes thanks to my mom.
I was really bad this year and just had no motivation to make anything cool!

Kevin and I have always dressed up due to parties or a ward trunk or treat (minus that year we were isolated in Oregon),
and I just couldn't let us walk out of the house without anything,
so we threw on some camo and called ourselves hunters.
Fit right in with Bronx being a bear...right?
And ps: no that is not a real gun! haha. Kevin and I actually bought that toy gun from Walmart when we dressed up as Mr. and Mrs. Smith (way back in the day when we were dating!),
and spray painted it black...that's probably illegal. oops! :)
Bronx loves it because it makes a shooting noise when you pull the trigger.

Keri invited us to go knock their neighborhood,
so we headed over there for the evening.
Good thing too,
because I don't think Bronx would have put on his costume if he hadn't have seen Say and Casha in theirs.
He was SUCH a stinker about it - totally opposite of last year when he wore his whole Peter Pan getup with no complaint! :)

Sneaky Kevin taking pics of us (totally not complaining - i was so happy when i saw them!)
Just like every holiday has been,
this one was SO FUN!
It was so stinking cute to watch Bronx get excited when he saw a billion other little kids running around from house to house collecting nothing better than CANDY!
And hearing him try saying "Trick or treat!" was another highlight.
We laughed a lot.
Bronx also doesn't get scared easily - like at all.
He loved seeing all the spiders and ghosts and pointing them out and yelling "OH COOL!" or sometimes "ew!"

That bear head was really heavy.

Counting his stash at Grandma and Grandpa's house at the end of the night.
